We perceive the green and crunchy vivacity of the stem which breaks, the roundness of the fruit which is still ripening in the sun and the freshness of an afternoon in the shade of the branches. Cologne de Figuier is an “olfactory sketch” of this gesture leaving its scented imprint on the skin. Surrounded by a fig leaf accord, the citrus zest carried by bergamot and grapefruit, the vegetal greenness of a galbanum enhanced by a spicy touch of pink pepper. And in the background, to emphasize the density of the tree, a marquetry of wood, mineral and amber notes. A fig tree sketched in one stroke by a perfumer, tracing the outlines of a lively, green and subtly woody Cologne.
