Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Each order is prepared within 24 hours, then given to the carrier for delivery to the address given on the order confirmation. No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Some Products are subject to specific shipping regulations and cannot be delivered to certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to check specific delivery restrictions. 

- Hydroalcoholic gels, eau de parfums and room fragrances are subject to hazardous materials transport regulations.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address given by the Customer when ordering and to which the carrier will have easy access.

2. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery costs depend on (i) the destination country, (ii) the weight and volume of the order and (iii) the insurance option.

The amount and delivery times are indicated when the order is confirmed.

2.1 Calculation of delivery time

Delivery time = Shipping + Transport 

Shipping = order preparation time

Transport = order transit time

MIZENSIR undertakes to make every effort to deliver Products promptly after order confirmation.

In any event, MIZENSIR declines all responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to delay or force majeure during delivery subject to article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

In addition, MIZENSIR will inform the Customer of any delay as soon as possible. The latter may then cancel the order, subject to legal provisions.

2.1 Delivery difficulties

The Customer is required to provide a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the delivery address on each e-mail or letter provided and to inform MIZENSIR without delay of any error or omission via customerservice@mizensir.com. MIZENSIR reserves the right to invoice any additional delivery charges applicable due to an error relating to the delivery address made by the Customer.

If delivery cannot be made to the address indicated for reasons beyond MIZENSIR's control, the carrier will inform the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail and will indicate a later delivery date or deadline.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. The customer has a period of three days, excluding public holidays, from the date of delivery to express any reservations or complaints in writing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, concerning the non-conformity or apparent defect of the Products delivered (for example, a damaged package that has already been opened).), with all supporting documents (including photos). Once this period has elapsed, and if these formalities have not been complied with, the Products will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect, and no claim will be validly accepted by the Vendor.

The Vendor will reimburse or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, the delivered Products whose defects of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see warranties, in particular).

2.2 Receipt of Products

Each delivery is deemed to have been made when the carrier makes the products available to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. No dispute relating to the delivery itself will be possible if the parcel appears to have been delivered, the carrier's computer system being taken as proof.

On receipt of the Products, the Customer may confirm on the delivery note that the Products have been delivered in good condition. If this is not the case, the Customer must refuse delivery. If the Customer is not in a position to check the condition of the Products at the time of delivery, he shall indicate on the delivery note the words "NON VERIFIE".
