This page reproduces article 8 of the mizensir.com General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of any discrepancy, the Terms prevail; only the French version is legally binding.
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw, without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last product in the order.
You notify us of your decision before the period expires by one of the following means:
We acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay, by email, stating the date and time of receipt.
An unsealed or used product cannot be returned. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless you chose in-store collection or the product delivered does not match your order. Parcels sent carriage forward will be refused. We recommend tracked shipping and packaging that protects the products during transport: you bear the risk of the return until we receive it.
We refund all sums paid, including the original shipping costs (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and at no cost to you.
You may examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, without unsealing it. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from other handling (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). A deduction is made in particular where the case or product is damaged, stained or written on, or where an item of the order (case, sample, gift) is not returned.
If we exceptionally agree to accept the return of an unsealed product, a reconditioning fee of €50 is deducted from the refund, in addition to the return shipping costs borne by you. This fee covers sending the product back to our subcontractor and resealing it outside the production line.
The right of withdrawal applies independently of the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. A defective or non-conforming product is handled at our expense, even if it has been opened. The conditions are set out in article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
