Under the responsibility of the Boutique Director and as an ambassador of the House, you will be in charge of welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty.

Job Description :

Welcoming our local and international customers while respecting the luxury standards of our house and offering a unique customer experience through impeccable and personalized service

Presenting our universe and our products through a unique sales ceremony and Mizensir storytelling

Develop and perfectly master the knowledge of our products (design, materials, maintenance) in order to offer them in a relevant and adapted way to each customer

Contribute to the performance of the store by developing turnover and respecting the achievement of objectives

Enrich and optimize the customer file in order to be able to extend the Mizensir experience beyond the visit to the store

Ensure regular monitoring of merchandising

Participate in all the actions essential to the good running of the shop (restocking, optimization of storage in the reserve, reception of deliveries, administration, etc.)

Profile :

You have a real sensitivity to the world of perfumery and a keen sense of customer service

You have the ability to bring emotions to life

You have an excellent presentation and expression

You are a driving force in a team

Your English is fluent and you are comfortable with an international clientele

You are comfortable with basic IT tools
