This perfume is built around wood leather and presents itself as a fantasy of oud wood" - tells us master perfumer Alberto Morillas. A composition where agarwood, another name for this noble raw material from Laos, is represented in all its mystery and facets.
To discover its facets, we may unroll its olfactory Chinese portrait. If it were a journey, it would be in a dense forest pierced by sunlight in Laos. A smell? The meeting between an intense wood and a sensual tawny leather. An image? The checkerboard of a chess game where the white woods oppose the dark gurjum balsam. A raw material? Wood leather, a unique ingredient that concentrates all the quintessence of oud wood. A spice? A breath of green cardamom, in all its vivacity. And if it were a flower? Joker: we mention two, iris and geranium.

Ce parfum est bien plus qu'une fragrance, c'est un voyage. L'oud, sombre et mystérieux, s'enlace à la douceur chaude du santal comme un poème murmuré à l'oreille du désert. Il flotte autour de moi telle une aura précieuse, trace indélébile de mes racines et de mes rêves.
Golden Oud n'habille pas le corps, il illumine l'âme. Pour qui cherche l'éternel dans l'éphémère, le luxe intime dans le souffle du vent... ce flacon est un trésor. Un éclat d'Orient qui, à chaque effleurement, me rappelle d'où je viens – et vers quelles étoiles je vais.

So many beautiful perfumes..! I have sampled a few of them and ordered full bottles of Edition de Veronique and Solar Blossom. Amazing scents, packaging & overall presentation. I am blown away by this brand, there is something relaxing and addictive, almost powdery at times in most of the creations that makes the fragrances very special. I have also ordered travel sizes of Tres Chere and Perfect Oud.
