THE PROGRAM
The Mizensir Circle is the Maison's loyalty program. It allows you to accumulate points with each purchase and interaction, gradually unlocking gifts, exclusive benefits, and experiences.
Registration is free and can be done simply by clicking on the link available on this page or in our Mizensir stores.
The Circle consists of four levels: Discovery, Signature, Privilege, and Prestige. Each level grants access to increasingly exclusive gifts.

You accumulate points in several ways: through each purchase (1€ spent = 1 point), by creating your account (50 points), by sharing a
Yes, points expire 1 year after the last interaction within the loyalty program.
When you reach the required number of points, you automatically advance to the next level.
Your points balance and current level are visible at any time in your customer account.
Yes, your in-store purchases can also be integrated into your loyalty account, just like your online orders.
GIFTS
Gifts or benefits can be used on your next order, once you have reached the next level.
Your gifts can be collected via the codes provided in the Panel at the bottom left of the site, to be copied and pasted into the checkout.
Yes, gifts expire 6 months after being obtained.
Once expired, points can no longer be used. We recommend using them before the expiry date shown on your account.
Yes, by sharing your personal link, you accumulate 80 points as soon as your loved one places their first order.
