The scented disinfectant gel collection is no longer available in France.
According to Decree no. 2021-76 of January 27, 2021 amending decrees no. 2020-1262 of October 16, 2020 and no. 2020-1310 of October 29, 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to deal with the covid-19 epidemic as part of the state of health emergency
"Art. 56.-I.-The provisions of this article apply to the sale of hydroalcoholic gels or solutions intended for personal hygiene, whatever their trade name.
"II.-Retail prices for the products mentioned in I may not exceed :
" 1° For containers corresponding to a volume less than or equal to 50 ml, 35.17 euros per liter including all taxes, i.e. a maximum unit price per 50 ml bottle of 1.76 euros including all taxes;
" 2° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 50 ml and less than or equal to 100 ml, 26.38 euros including all taxes per liter, i.e. a maximum unit price per 100 ml bottle of 2.64 euros including all taxes ;
"3° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 100 ml and less than or equal to 300 ml, 14.68 euros including all taxes per liter, i.e. a maximum unit price per 300 ml bottle of 4.40 euros including all taxes;
"4° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 300 ml, 13.19 euros including all taxes per liter, i.e. a maximum unit price per one-liter bottle of 13.19 euros including all taxes.

"The maximum selling prices provided for in this II are applicable regardless of the distribution method, including in the case of online sales. They do not include any delivery charges.
"These prices are also applicable to the sale of the products mentioned in I when intended for end users other than consumers within the meaning of the introductory article of the code de la consommation.
"III.-Wholesale prices intended for resale of the products mentioned in I may not exceed:
" 1° For containers corresponding to a volume less than or equal to 50 ml, 30 euros excluding tax per liter;
" 2° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 50 ml and less than or equal to 100 ml, 20 euros excluding tax per liter;
" 3° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 100 ml and less than or equal to 300 ml, 10 euros tax-free per liter;
" 4° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 300 ml, 8 euros tax-free per liter.
